We are seeking a seasonal part-time customer service representative to work from our Studio in Naperville. The position is expected to run from May through mid-August or early September. This role requires a passion for providing excellent customer service, along with a commitment to resolving issues with heart, grace, and efficiency. Qualifications:
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for families navigating their photography experience, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and guided through their journey.

- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls promptly and professionally
- Address and resolve concerns related to photo orders, digital and print products, and service subscriptions, with empathy and clarity.
- Updating account notes, logs, and ensuring follow-through on requests.
- Handle client feedback with care and compassion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, prioritize client needs effectively, and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Previous customer service experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Excel, Google Docs & Sheets knowledge

- Monday - Friday from 12 pm - 4 pm
- Starting Pay: $19.25 per hour
