Job Opportunity: Part-Time Newborn Photographer and Sales Associate

Are you a confident, customer-focused person with a passion for photography? We’re seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Newborn Photographer /  Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you’ll photograph and sell newborn photography packages to families in a hospital, creating meaningful experiences for new parents.

  • Previous sales experience and a love for photography are a plus!

Why This Role?

You’ll work in a creative environment where your skills will positively impact families during a special time. If you connect well with people and have a knack for sales, we’d love to have you!

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct same-day mini-photo sessions (15 minutes each).
  • Pose and handle newborns, editing photos on-site.
  • Present photography packages and close sales.
  • Perform some administrative tasks.

What You Bring:

  • Strong organizational skills and independence.
  • Experience in sales is a plus.
  • Creativity and a passion for photography.
  • Experience with Adobe Lightroom Classic.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 20 lbs of equipment.

Equipment Required:

  • DSLR or Mirrorless Camera with 18 MP or higher (no phone cameras).
  • Preferred: Portrait lens with fixed aperture (F1.8 or F2.8).
  • Laptop with at least 513 GB storage and 16 GB memory.
  • Adobe Lightroom Classic.
  • Speedlite (external flash).

Schedule:

  • Start time: 9 AM.
  • Part-time: 2-3 days a week (including one weekend day).
  • Some holidays may be required.

Compensation Package: 

  • Commission: 30% commission on all sales
  • Sales Bonuses: Additional incentives based on performance
  • Tips: You keep 100% of your tips
