We are seeking a full-time customer service representative to work from our Studio in Naperville

The Customer Service Team is the support system for our talented photographers, our clients, and the management teams alike. Our focus is to resolve all issues with heart and grace, and have fun while doing it. This opportunity is great for someone who has some customer service experience, loves photography, and thrives on figuring out solutions to make people happy.
We have people from so many different backgrounds all working together towards a common goal - to create beautiful newborn portraits and give everyone the 5-star Bella Baby experience we are known for.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls
- Reply to emails
- Follow up with pending tasks
- Utilize programs such as Photoshop and Excel to submit orders
- Assist with shipping supplies when needed
- Fulfill various orders
- Minor editing
Preferred but not required:
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Previous customer service experience
- Photoshop experience
- Photography experience
- Lightroom experience
- Excel experience
- GSuite knowledge: Google Docs and Sheets
Location & Schedule:
Schedule During Training (6 weeks):
- Monday - Friday: 10am - 6pm
- Weekends: Off
Schedule After Training:
Work Week A
- Monday - Friday: 10am - 6pm
- Saturday & Sunday: Off
Work Week B
- Monday: 10am - 6pm
- Tuesday: 10am - 6pm
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday: 10am - 6pm
- Friday: 10am - 6pm
- Saturday: 10am - 4pm (Alternating)
- Sunday: Off
Note: Sunday shifts may start in 2025 based on workload needs.
